Disgusting service

Their service is absolutely disgusting. They had no problem taking our debt order, but since the 25th of June, we have had no internet, mind you, we are new customers, they never even bothered to send a technician to install anything, when we phoned about 8 times, spending hundreds on airtime, we get told they will send a technician, which we have to pay R1700, for by the way, and guess what... Still no internet. And we have to pay this money, if, get this, THEIR, router THEY, sent us, is faulty. Their service is absolutely disgusting.
