Disgusting service

Mweb is the most pathetic provider and I will not recommend to anyone, in June 2022 I did an online application and mweb rep**** that I need to make a payment of R1200 for a credit approval to continue the process of taking up their services. I did not make the payment and to my understanding it meant no application. After 1 month mweb decides to. Install their services without my credit approval amount, I declined and canceled. I was shocked to learn that mweb has been debating my account for services rendered. I'm now owing 1100 which is 2 months subscription and I have never used their services. I'm currently a student and live off a stipend, how does mweb get away with handing unsuspecting students to debt collectors for services not rendered. I'm in the process of contacting consumer council and exposing mweb for their pathetic customer service.
