wish I could give 0 stars, honestly - no means of contact besides a call, the online query option is not working, I desperately need to sort an issue out - order Order No. X*** - R999 taken off the account now, sales tell me it shows transaction was declined, when I am staring at a bank account that clearly shows Mweb took the money, a week later no order, an hour on a call only to reach an *********** person who tells me sales must help me, but sales literally put me through to billing - how do you function when you dont have a means where someone can send through correspondence proving their side of things to have someone sort it out on their side
