Disgusting service

I have been a client of MWeb for the last 16 years and always had the highest esteem for them .. well that chafed overnight ! They do not help you on the phone anymore and I literally waited 1hr40 mins before getting hold of an agent on the Sales department instead of the Billing department .. where I was told again on their app to KINDLY wait for a billing agent to help me well it is now 3 hrs and still no billing agent to help me reconnect my internet !!!! What the heck MWEB you have deteriorated dismally in your customer service .. I am ashamed to affiliate my business with your name as my service provider ridiculous !!!!!BAD SERVICE
