Disgusting service by MWEB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting service, pathetic to be honest, how can a service provider in this day and age transfer you back and forth throughout their whole call centre and each and every time you have to input your details and verify and explain your issue? THATS RIDICULOUS!

To add to that, every single call centre agent at MWEB gives you a different answer to the same damn question!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????? how the hell is that possible? I am currently on the line with mweb for 45 minutes without a resolution!!!!
