Disgusting service, arrogant service reps

Mweb to reset router. I called several times no one could assist me. First person said I must buy anew router because that is not their router , second was not willing to guide me on how to reset , she said my router is not their router , she ended up dropping the line. I am really frustrated , I have spend 3hrs calling my call is now getting dropped by the same people I spoke earlier
