Disgusting service
I received an email saying my request for cancelation has been received and my service will be cancelled on the 31st january. I enquired about process of cancellation as i gor another pricr increase in January i was told to go onto app to cancel which i didn't do. So how is it that my service is being cancelled

01 Feb 2024, 08:53Despite my numerous messages sent to mweb and especially after this complaint still no call and my internet has been disconnected. I have a child who schools online and we don't have internet. I want this resolved and i want a call not a message on X which is what i got yesterday!! Pathetic service truly
