Disgusting service

I placed and order to have fibre installed at my place and made payment on the 31st of January 2021. They guarantee that installation will be done within 14 working days. I called in to understand why no one has called to arrange a time for installation and literally could not get past the IVR. I was only instructed to leave me number and an agent will get back to me. This is such disgusting service and a huge inconvenience for me as I need fibre to work. At this point I just want a refund and nothing else. I will tell everyone who listens to never go for MWEB.
