DISGUSTING SERVICE

MWEB's service to the public is absolutely shocking and non existent. We are a company with 2 email addresses. One doesn't receive emails and the other cannot send. We have phoned them more than numerous times, key in all correct details & they say they will be sending an sms to the listed cellphone for confirmation. No sms ever comes through and that is the end of it!!!!! We cannot even get to speak to anyone. Highly frustrating and unprofessional on the part of MWEB. We are in the process of changing providers. BAD! BAD! BAD!
