Disgusting service

Extremely frustrated at being held at ransom by Mweb, 3 months of trying to cancel my service and I keep being sent from pillar to post. Now I'm being told (2 months later) that I never submitted a cancellation request. When in fact I've had 2 "service technicians" call me to help with the problem and I've told both I don't want to continue. All my cancellation requests have been deleted from my profile and they claim not to have a single cancellation request from me. Sign up with them at your own peril.
