Disgusting Service

I have experience terrible service from MWEB I have been trying to move Fibre lines from my old house, and we have gone days without any WiFi. You have to wait 20 minutes for someone to pick up a call and the chat service on the App is just as useless Don't use MWEB look for an alternative
