Disgusting Service

I am calling you guys for two days and I cannot reach the necessary department eventually I get through today and the call disconnects I am paying for this product, you playing with my time and my money-you guys suspend my account how am I suppose to get through if nobody is taking my call this is an urgent matter and you guyd are so unreliable
