Disgusting service

You don’t even deserve a 1star rating you are the pure example of poor service . I have been asking from Thursday to release the line from my landlord which she called in and asked to release the line and cancel her services. Everytime I call you either give me a poor excuse or that it was never done by the landlord which it was. Even to the point where I confirmed with Afrihost and Vumatel that you have yet to release the line. If you can’t run a business properly shutdown because you wasting people’s time and money on a service that is unsatisfactory or get people who are competent to resolve issues as such .
