Disgusting Service

I placed an order on the 14th November and to date have not been able to speak to someone who actually does what they said they would do. I cant call in - wait for 30 minutes no response. Emails dont get rep**** to .... sent a query through FB and got the rudest response from the staff. CAN I PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL ME
