Disgusting service

We are absolutely shocked And disgusted with the service received from Mweb. My partner upgraded his WiFi to uncapped Last Monday and was informed that someone would be sent out last Friday at 9, he took off work and no one came out. He has now received a bill being charged for something he hasn’t even received or used yet. He has sent over 8 emails to get this all sorted and has had no feedback whatsoever. Every time he calls Mweb he gets cut off. This is a client who makes payment on time and chose to stay a loyal client but with the service received, they might just lose a client.
