and again I have a problem with these people paid R1000 this month and guess what again from the 2 of the month I reported the problem and still no one has contacted me to resolve the internet connection problem and I cannot find the fault myself this time!! what does it take to get any kind of customer service in this country these days? I am going to cancel my contract in the next 48 hours if no one contacts me
