Disgusting service

I have ordered 2 Fibre packages and the experience was absolutely terrible. The coverage checker says it's available to my complex, however the provider says it's not available and I asked for it to be escalated on the second contract. 1 week later I get a mail stating it's available, mweb will contact me. 5days later no contact and now I get a mail saying the package is canceled. This is a joke of a service I have experienced and from such a reputable company, it's a disgusting experience.
