DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!!

MWEB YOUR SERVICE SUCKS !!!!! HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO MOVE OUR LINE TO OUR NEW HOME- AND STILL NOTHNG HAS HAPPENED. An email was sent on 4 January 2021 with all the details we have moved and have been calling since 1 February 2021 Monday and have been sent back and forth to Vumatel and Mweb . Working from home and had to purchased data just to connect and still nothing . CAN SOMEONE HELP RESOLVE THIS ISSUE URGENTLY !!!!!
