Disgusting & Pathetic Service

A mere enquiry for VoIP has gone unanswered for a fortnight now.. Calling them on *** has not helped either. Was transfered from pillar to post for at least 10 minutes until I decided to drop the call. Tried getting hold of them on their website and still no luck. Would never recommend MWeb to anyone at all.
