DISGUSTING MWEB SERVICES

I didn't have a problem with 120gb +120gb 10mbps, the first problem was when they had to debit my account on the 28th while I've given them a permission to debit on the 1st of every month, by doing so the bank would charge me an extra R35.00 for unpaid item. Same problem from the eng of August, last year until I decided to cancel the service in April this year.

The cancelation was acknowledged, by a no reply email. That didn't stop them from debiting my account though. I phoned the office they apologized and gave me an email to send my query and promised me I will get a positive reply. They still never reply.
