MWEB, being involved in communication, does not have a simple user friendly method to reach their customer care consultants. They give you fixed options that are only "Sales" biased on their website. It is extremely difficult to speak to any consultant or email a query concerning an existing account. Their computerized contact number *** does not recognize inputs that it requests. Very frustrating. Only interested in new sales. Customer service non- existent.
