Disgusting Mweb

We used to love Mweb and would always suggest Mweb to other people, as the internet speed is great and price also good. Until we had to move. Oh my word, what a disaster to get Mweb to assist. We have been holding on phone calls literally for hours, sent emails, and it has been a week and still no internet. The service is disgusting. I can't believe an organisation run things like this. Just because of this we will be moving to a different service provider. Someone that cares about their clients and actually want to provide a service.
