Ridiculous and Lazy !!!

I asked Mweb to just change my residential address , not billing address or payment plan or the package no.... but just my residential address and this is what they requested I get from my employer : The following documents are essential and must be attached to this form:

1. If the account is in the name of a business, please provide signed authority of the representative on a letterhead, business registration documents, proof of address of business; and business representative’s identity document/passport. Both new and existing representative’s documents must be sent if you wish to change the representative (i.e. identity document/passport and letter of authority).

So where do you suggest I get the Banks CEO ID document just so that my residential details can be changed ? I am not changing the plan or agreement terms I just want you to change my residential address and you are being ridiculous !!! Disgusting to say the least!!!
