DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

There is definitely no after-sales support as my issue has been ongoing since last week (the 18th of April). I tried using the web portal to make payment but like everything in MWEB, that didn't work. I tried with 3 different agents on Wednesday to process a payment, which didn't work either. None of them had any idea what was going on. Nevertheless, my payment was delayed by one day and according to the late payment email which clearly, in bold, says to pay within 7 days, my service was cancelled within a day .... nothing surprises me with MWEB any more.

Jodi Smith in Sales, was very quick to apply for a new line...obviously this was good for his commission, but for the new line activation, which has been paid for on the 18th, the old expired service needed to be cancelled.

On receiving a call from Vuma that very day, I have been calling MWEB at least 3 or 4 times a day (at my cost), but all I've been told is to wait a few hours and it will be activated.... till now (the 25th), days later, those "few hours" are still pending. Every call I make, I get told that a ticket will be generated...and that the delay is on Vuma's side. I spoke to Vuma...they had no ticket. So, back to MWEB and surprisingly enough a ticket was generated immediately...but, because there was no follow-up, & neither did I have any idea anymore on what was going on, that ticket was cancelled by Vuma because the payment I made on the 18th is not linked to the order/ ticket number...

I get promised a follow-up phone call...yet, no one has the decency to call back. Managers are never available either, so between Vuma and MWEB and their incompetencies, I am made to play the middle-man to keep trying to get some resolution. I have been unable to work since last week, but obviously, as long as their agents get paid, it doesn't matter if a client has to incur a loss in salary.
