Disgusting customer service

We have had mweb for a year now last month payment bounced we made a immediate payment and we still had no service the entire till today we have made multiple attempts to contact you guys but it seems everyone is still on Christmas leave till today even thou payment was made extremely appaulling and poor customer service that has a call centeras dexoration
