Disgusting company

This company has been debiting my account on an email I haven't used in the last 5 years. I happened to check a statement as I was looking for another payment and I noticed this. I tried to contact them on face book a few times, even wrote on their page asking them to contact me, telling them I wanted to cancel this. They took two out three weeks to respond. I asked for an email address, and they never responded. I have screen shots of all. Finally they sent me a cancelation form which I had to send back to them and I never heard from them again. I've canceled the debit order with the bank, and with mweb, but this sneaky company took more payments off my account on two different days over the next two months, different amounts. I hadn't checked my statement as I had stopped this debit order. This has to be one of the worst companies in the country and if you are thinking of dealing with them, my advice is DON'T! They don't have a phone number or an email address to deal with anyone.
