DISGUSTING BUSINESS

I have been an Mweb client for 10 years. My internet goes down at least once every 3 months. When this happens its often for more than a week.

YOU CANNOT REACH THEM!! Their call center takes between 20 - 45 minutes of your own airtime before they even pick up!! Sometimes they drop you or cant even start to solve your problem and don't call you back you have to start all over again! There is no other way to contact them! Chatbot doesn't work, app has no helpful links and no email.

I have been trying to cancel my account for 2 months and can never get through. There is NO LINK from their website or on their call center to allow you to close your account.
