Disgusting

Disgusting. Just absolutely disgusting is their service. Ordered router on the 2nd of November and even though they promise delivery with 5 business days, this was only delivered on the 16th! To this day I still don't have internet. I have spent hundreds of minutes calling them asking the same damn thing and they all insist that "after inserting the simcard, you'll have internet with 24-48 hrs". It's been a week and still nothing!!! I really just want to cancel the contract and go somewhere else at this point cos their customer service is disgusting. Truly disappointed.
