DISGUSTING!!!

NO internet ALL day. DISGUSTING, NON-EXISTENT "customer" service. Cannot get through to a live agent. Went onto "live chat" over 3 hours ago and get the following automated AI messages:

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE.

WE have no recourse. No-one to complain to. No-one to help. CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE!!!!
