DISGUSTED WITH MWEB

I was with mweb for more than a year, signal was terrible. After my year contract expired I cancelled via email end of february because they never answer the phone or respond to customer queries on their app which is also not user friendly. I phoned and waited for answer, Never got any response. No phone call, email nothing after that. I emailed to confirm contract was cancelled, still no response. All of a sudden the only response months later was a notification email to say I am handed over. Why must I pay for their mistake? Their lack of communication and TERRIBLE SERVICE? I am highly disgusted with mweb. Since day one I complained on the app with no help. I even tried phoning today, holding on for more than an hour with no answer. They are quick to hand over but nothing else. They don’t deserve even one star rating
