Disgusted MWEB: SHAME ON YOU

I am writing this review with complete disappointment i signed up as new client with mweb on the 17 April for the domain registration and premium mailbox product. I logged my order online as instructed by mweb sales consultant as well as called mweb to order this new service - i was informed to email *** the details of old domain and banking details etc which i have done - they acknowledge that email was received and said i will be contacted within 5 business working days. Today is the 13 may 2020 and no one has come back to me as yet - i have used all resources available by calling in myself leaving message on facebook page - sending emails and every time i have to call them and all i am being told is that account still needs to be activated - till date i have been without my company email or active website since waiting on mweb

NO ONE gets back to me and what is worst they dont the one sales consultant story differs from the other one
