Disgusted long time customer of MWeb

I am seriously disgusted with the service I have received from MWeb Internet provider. There is no way contact them directly for technical assistance and their so called "live chat" on their app is completely useless. I get no response from the "technical assistance" the claim will be "with me soon". Disgusted. Do not use their services. There are far better options.
