Disgusted

I am disgusted with the service that I am receiving at Mweb especially as a first time customer you are not creating a good first impression at all. I am still waiting for the delivery of my LTE router which was supposed to be delivered on wednesday and somehow your courier says I have missed delivery whereas there is a reception desk at work which calls us when there is a delivery. I called Mweb the following day as the courier said they cant release the package again before they get a delivery note from Mweb. I have been back and forth calling the courier company as well as Mweb, they keep telling me that they sent the delivery note to the courier but the courier says they have not received anything I have no idea who to believe or when I will receive the package just sort this out asap.
