three weeks ago i took out a modem contract the lady in sales called me all the time first week passed nothing second week found error redid third week modem came connected no internet or data called mweb more than 10 times issue not resolved no sim number available told wait another 5 days imagine they will debit my account yet the item is not working and they cannot sort out this makes me want to scream as customers pay our salaries and we have to makesure they happy ***
