Disgusted by your company ethics

My mother has canceled MWeb last year 4th September 2021 and still MWeb has not ended the contract and keeps on deducting payments every month since then. You can't reach them via contact numbers provided neither get a proper response via mail. This is totally unacceptable! I am livid as my mom is a pensioner and can't afford to pay them as the service is anyways not even worth it. The quality of this product is useless hence why she canceled. The don't except cancelations from her new mail but how must she cancel with an accessible mail platform???? You disgust me by your service!
