I app**** for a fibre connection two weeks in advance and have not received any progress on the process. It has been hell trying to get hold of them as the call continually rings with no support. After the third call, I was told it would be escalated and have not received any feedback since then. I have sent a consultant named Lungisa Adonis an email, asking for feedback and this is the second time with no response from him. Very disappointed with this service as a whole and would not suggest it to anyone.
