Disgusted at the attitude and unwillingness of the staff to assist and will be changing to another service provider

I have been a customer of MWEB since the 90's am shocked at how they no longer care about their customers, they used to be helpful and amazing which is why I have used them for so many years . I experienced a problem with one of my accounts and because I had changed my cell phone number and could not give them the one time pin number THEY REFUSED TO ASSIST WITH A SIMPLE PROBLEM- WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
