DISGUSTED

Good day ( A not so good one )

I am extremely disgusted and horrified at the level of untrained *********** staff at Mweb , I have spoken to more than 12 people and each one with a different story. I am sick to my stomach of distress – I have requested to reinstate my service, and it has taken me close to two days to resolve – I need a manager to contact ASAP, I am at a point of tears at the moment
