DISGUSTED

Truly the most disgusting pathetic service I have ever experienced in my 35 years of business dealings.

I have laid complaints on their website ( numerous) all if which were unanswered other than a reference no.

I have made numerous phone calls , requested to speak to Management re my complaint and no one calls back.

I have tried their WhatsApp on numerous occasions to try and resolve and again no response.

I honestly must have spent at least 3 to 4 hours of my time trying to resolve a simple issue - an issue that was reported acknowledge owldeged and recorded for ' quality purposes ' and nothing was ever done to resolve.

I request a SENIOR MNGEE call me and also make contact on email.

This is beyond ridiculous and question whether the CEO is aware of the level of service (or rather non existence of service)that his company is delivering.
