Disgust with MWEB!

The service from MWEB is atrocious. For weeks I have tried calling them telephonically as there is NO EMAIL address to email them. They DO NOT answer the phone and I get cut off after holding on for over half an hour at a time. I have requested a call back as I really need to speak to them regarding my mailbox. Tried calling again today but to no avail. Mweb your service is pathetic!!!!
