Disgraceful Support

Disgraceful that Mweb cannot assist with configuring a 2nd router. They have done this for me before but suddenly there is now no techie who has knowledge of this. Talk about doing the bare minimum......no wonder they have a poor reputation. Been paying Mweb month in and month our for 15 years plus and this is how they treat long serving customers!
