Disgraceful customer care service

Mweb as a service provider in my opinion don't care about there existing clients. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact their billing contact numbers provided on their statement with no joy. They keep you hanging on the call for a very long period costing you a lot of money in airtime and then just drop the call for you to start all over again. No callback when you have a problem but I guess they will when they want you to sign up.
