Discrepancy in bandwidth usage on Mweb site
<p>Please see attached word document which shows that the difference between my usage when viewing the summary is 276 Gb whereas from the graph it is 217 Gb i.e. a difference of 59 Gb. This is a SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE and needs to be investigated ASAP</p>

Our customer care representative has since been in contact with you.
He explained that the summary usage displayed on My account is the total usage for April.
This will include the upload data, download data and quiet time data.
The Detailed screen, shows the upload data and download data and excludes the “quiet time data”
The Graph will only show the down data and excluded the quiet time and upload data.
