Disconnection issues

Been calling mweb technical support at least twice a day for a week as my router keeps going offline, the excuse is power cuts which its clearly not if im at home working on my pc everyday, call them and they restart it and switch it back online. How do they not have a system that shows when routers have been kicked off.
