Disconnected without any reason

I am dissatisfied with the service received last week Friday. The team disconnected my service and when I log a ticket with them they assured me that my connectivity will be on in 24hr as the disconnection was from the Vuma side. And today I've called them twice and when they check the asked me to hold and after a while the call was cut off and none of the agents called me back. I was even thinking of getting new wifi as I rely on it to do my work. It's been two working days missing work for something I really don't know. I am not happy
