Disconnected without any explanation.

My debit order that has been going through since I signed the contract did not go through with mweb as agreed. It was a hustle to contact them telephonically because I was put through different consultants and ultimately the line went dead. It was never explained to me why this happened. I was able to make payment and send proof of payment via the app but up to now I'm still not connected. I would not recommend their services to anyone they don't care at all about their clients. If you want peace of mind don't connect with mweb.There is no platform to raise your concerns as a client this is really frustrating.
