Disconnected with payment done

Good day my Wifi was disconnected with payment made, i then called to no avail, you hold on until airtym is depleted, i went to their website where i saw that i owe R108. 02, fbook, whatsup chats to no avail, wanting to know where the outstanding bal is for, because i need wifi, on the 12th i paid and send a POP was not connected, this morning startrd achat with Neill from 7h30 and he asked to send a pop, i did but he said thats a screen grab and its not acceptable, i could not get it in my history on app, i then called FNB, because i was now tired i said to Neill let me wait at least fo 24h 48 hrs., ill buy data for me to b able to work, i at least asked him where does the bal come from because ive bn paying R499 99, without problems, so he went to draw history of payment from 2025 where i was paying R699. 00 then downgraded to R499. 99 and maybilled more and i continurf to pay R499. 00 so problem is i had an agreement of R499. 99 and thats what i paid and i dont go to the website to check my bill i did not know that every month i must. Check b4 i pay, i pay what was agreed on, My long conversation with Neil from 7h39 to 10h38 cleared some of my misunderstandings and i applaud him for that, after 7 days of misery at least he made me understand, however im still not connected, because he said if i dont hv a pop from the bank i must wait 24 to 48rs clearance and because i have no other option ill wait though my payment was cleared, Neill sorted some of my problem however i took me 7 days to understand why do i have an outstanding R108. 02,even when i paid account remains disconnect remember to call is airtym i load R100 to be consistantly told im no5 for 20min and my airtym is finished just for holding
