Disconnected service and changing Monthly Fee

I have had MWEB as an ISP for a year now and every month my service fee changes from R650 to R740 i have enquired about it and still paying a different fee. today my services are disconnected and i made a payment i tried sending proof of payment online via the APP i have also tried calling been on the call for the past 2and Half hours am unable to work , their services sucks. their Whatsapp service is not answered even the live chat.
