Disatisfactory service from M web

I have paid M web on the 8th of February 2024 but my account is diactivated, I have no idea why is it diactivated without my concern. Tried calling your number and no answer which proves the company is unprofessional, sent an email with no reply. Am working from home but now am stuck and my work is also flipping stuck, could get fired because am unable 2 connect to the internet and now I look bad to company because I can't submit my work. Am disappointed and frustrated at the same time.
