Disappointment, worst service ever! NO feedback and lies just to get a sale!!!

Worst service ever. I was promised instalation of my Fibre this week. Nothing. Despite my livelihood being dependent on my Fibre instalation, the guy, who did the order captured my address wrong despite telling him multiple times that we live on the lower level Nothing to do with other levels we need our own Fibre, he did not listen. Technical guy came and also promised instalation this week said a day or two and the address will be fixed. Still nothing. I sent three emails. Not one reply received. I also sent proof of address weeks ago and yesterday the lady asks: did you send proof of address? I'm very frustrated with your service. I feel like I want to move to another provider. You don't have any empathy for clients who are in dire urgent need of instalation you just care about the sale. I'm disappointed to say the least!!!
